$65.00 / hr - $80.00 / hr

Mid level with relevant background. LLMs and AI Agents are very important. User testing platforms are also preferred. Day to day - contracted for internal build platforms with "agency" (agents). The AI for Drug Discovery team in Computational Sciences Center of Excellence (CS CoE) seeks exceptional UX researchers on a 6-month contract basis with demonstrated background in user testing and AI products. You will be the bridge between our users world?class scientists and domain experts in biomedicine and drug development and our development team. The group provides a dynamic and challenging environment for cutting?edge, multidisciplinary research including access to heterogeneous data sources, close links to top academic institutions around the world, as well as internal partners and research units. Your mission will be to help refine and ensure our agentic framework is not only powerful but also intuitive, efficient, and enables the complex workflows of cutting edge drug discovery. You will champion a user?centered approach, translating deep user insights into a product that accelerates scientific breakthroughs.
