Enterprise Fraud Business Intelligence Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Manager, Enterprise Fraud Reporting & Analytics, supporting business reporting and analytical needs for Enterprise Fraud Operations.

Design and develop dashboards, self-service tools, reports, data models, and scalable ad-hoc reporting.

Drive business analytics delivering business intelligence and dashboard solutions with working knowledge of querying, mining, visualizing, and presenting data.

Innovate KPIs, metrics, and tracking methodologies for measuring performance with the ability to communicate data insights and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand business challenges that will benefit from analytics support.

Proactively analyze data through self-initiated curiosity with an eye for operational improvement.

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

MINIMUM :

Demonstrates knowledge of data visualization software and reporting best practices.

Demonstrates aptitude in Dataiku or equivalent system.

Knowledgeable of extract, transform, load (ETL) data management processes.

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Access).

Demonstrates proficiency for problem solving, analytics, and reporting.

Demonstrates ability to manage time and meet deadlines - works under general supervision.

Demonstrates ability to work proactively & collaboratively in a team environment.

Demonstrates strong written communication skills.

Demonstrates ability to partner with multiple lines of business to achieve common goal.

PREFERRED :

Experience with Microsoft Power BI.

Experience with Microsoft SQL or Snowflake databases.

Ability to build data models incorporating multiple datasets.

Experience presenting data insights to key stakeholders.

Working knowledge of machine learning concepts.

Requirements

MINIMUM :

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science or equivalent field of study.

OR

2 years data analytics experience.

2 years report development experience using data visualization software.

PREFERRED :

Post-Graduate work in statistical analysis or equivalent.

Compensation Range :

$57,760.00 - $124,170.00
