Program Manager -

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the South Bay regional programming including :
- Ensuring aggressive short-term and long-term business growth
- Partner relationships and management
- Strategic schedule building and administration
- Oversight of day to day operations
- Budget management and efficiency
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development and Marketing :
Identify and execute strategic business opportunities for all programsBuild and manage mutually beneficial relationships with schools, recreation departments, communitycenters, parks, partnership programs and other facilities through supervision and effective communicationEnsure optimization of brand presence at all programming sites and generate maximum revenue from existing partnershipsManage community outreach by developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and grassroots organizationsOversee local marketing strategy, both as it relates to national and grassroot campaignsSet up and coordinate promotional eventsFinancial Management :
Liaise with executive team to review P&L numbers and effectively manage budget and control expensesAnalyze profitability of current locations and partnerships, minimize expenses, and improve regional operational processesManage regional accounts payable and accounts receivable efficientlyOversee purchasing, disbursement, and inventory of regional equipmentCustomer Service
Maintain a hands-on implementation of all Super Soccer Stars customer service standards to ensure 24 hour turnaround on all customer inquiriesEnsure regular communication practices are upheld and executed to company standardsHandle escalated issues swiftly within Super Soccer Stars standards and to maximum customer service satisfactionProgram Administration
Implement and ensure execution of regional administrative timelinesAnalyze and build schedules for classes and campsManage process of securing permits and renewing contractsOversee weather administration and communicationOversee staffing strategy and managementLocal Administrative and Staff Management
Hire, train and schedule local staff ensuring office and administrative coverage 7 days / weekEnsure all tasks and projects are brought to completion in an urgent and timely mannerSchedule regular meetings with staff to review performance and goals, handle disciplinary action, andact as first chair on yearly reviewApprove schedules and PTO requests
