We're looking for an experienced Financial Aid Advisor Continuing Students On-Site at our Grand Prairie, TX campus to join our team and help students navigate their financial aid journey. Make a meaningful impact by ensuring students have the financial support they need to complete their education and achieve their career goals!

Key Requirements for Financial Aid Advisor Continuing Students :

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Title IV programs
• Extensive knowledge of all Title IV programs and regulations
• Experience with nonterm and / or clock hour academic calendars
• Proficient in financial aid packaging and award creation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Must be eligible to obtain and retain Federal Student Aid access (COD and NSLDS)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook
• Campus Nexus software experience preferred
