Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to own and optimize end-to-end data pipeline operations across our Snowflake data warehouse environment. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on building, maintaining, and scaling production-grade ETL pipelines. Direct experience with Matillion, SSIS, and Snowflake is required. This role is best suited for engineers who have built and supported enterprise data pipelines in these platforms and are comfortable working in a production environment. You will be responsible for ensuring operational visibility, data quality, and the overall robustness of our data ecosystem. This is not a general analytics or BI role — it requires deep ETL engineering expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Be a TPS Brand Ambassador. Contribute to the TPS commitment of fostering a positive culture by encouraging open communication, and maintaining confidential information as required
• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade ETL pipelines in Matillion and SSIS
• Build and optimize data models within Snowflake
• Ensure operational visibility, monitoring, and data quality controls
• Integrate new data sources into enterprise data pipelines
• Improve performance, scalability, and robustness of existing data infrastructure
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support data governance initiative
