We are seeking a Learning Systems Specialist with deep expertise in LMS platforms—ideally with hands-on experience implementing UKG Pro Learning / Schoox —to help elevate enterprise learning capabilities. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and deploying LMS functionality within the Talent track of the HCM program, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and engaging digital learning experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer and support UKG / Schoox LMS, including course setup, learning paths, certifications, and reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, system integrators, and LMS power users to align functionality with business needs
  • Manage content migration, user provisioning, and system integrations with other HR tools
  • Document LMS governance standards, including permissions, workflows, and compliance tracking
  • Support QA and UAT testing for LMS features and integrations
  • Partner with Organizational Change Management to develop training materials and communication plans
  • Provide post-launch support and optimize system performance
  • Monitor LMS analytics to ensure accurate learning and compliance tracking

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration or implementation, preferably with UKG / Schoox
  • Experience supporting large-scale HR systems in organizations with 1,000+ employees
  • Strong knowledge of SCORM / AICC, compliance training, certifications, and reporting
  • Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and enterprise integrations
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical workflows
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Hands-on implementation of UKG Pro Learning / Schoox
  • Participation in large-scale HR tech rollouts
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and Azure DevOps
  • Work Environment : Hybrid schedule preferred (remote Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays at Seattle HQ). Remote candidates will be considered, with up to 25% travel expected for key meetings.
