Warehouse & Production Support Associate

Focus Manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse & Production Support Associate to support our manufacturing operations through effective shipping / receiving, inventory control, purchasing support, and production assistance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work, organization, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of parts, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's ERP / MRP system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchasing requests to replenish inventory.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse / storage area.
• Assist with light assembly work during peak production periods.
• Stage materials and parts for the production team as needed.
