Client Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Client Relationships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients

Partner with internal operations teams to ensure effective service delivery

Monitor service performance metrics and prepare client reports

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare services

Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle market

Experience working directly with healthcare clients or provider organizations

Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
