What Youll Do

This is a field-based, commission-driven role where your hustle and hands-on skills go hand-in-hand.

  • Prospect & Sell : Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses to identify gasket replacement needs and pitch our services.
  • Close Deals : Follow up on leads, return to previous estimates, and convert interest into paid work.
  • Install & Repair : Replace refrigeration gaskets and minor hardware on-site (youll be kneeling, crawling, and using hand tools).
  • Deliver Service : Represent The SEALS with professionalism, speed, and a friendly attitude.
  • Stay Organized : Use QuickBooks Online and Salesforce to log jobs and manage prospects.
  • Stay Mobile : Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between client locations throughout your territory.
  • Dont worrywe provide full training on our products and installation process.
  • What Were Looking For

  • Outgoing and personable you enjoy starting conversations with new people.
  • Mechanically inclined youre good with tools and dont mind physical work.
  • Sales experience especially in field sales or B2B outreach.
  • Tech-savvy comfortable using apps, navigation, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
  • Reliable own transportation and a valid drivers license are a must.
  • Growth-minded your hustle determines your paycheck.
  • Bonus Points For :

  • Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens
  • Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
