IT DevOps - Data Analyst Developer

The Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team is committed to delivering innovative and reliable IT solutions tailored for our Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity / Securities Lending, and Credit businesses. Our primary mission is to develop customized solutions that effectively enhance our operational capabilities. To achieve this, we are focused on advancing our DevOps practices for streamlined delivery and expanding our expertise in data analysis solutions.

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Developer who possesses a solid understanding of DevOps best practices and experience in developing data analysis projects.

Technology Stack

Our current environment includes OpenShift, Cloudera-Hadoop, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Checkmarx, XLDeploy, and XLRelease, with a primary focus on a .NET framework.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business analysts and product owners to design and implement cutting-edge front-office IT solutions.
• Evaluate and enhance the team's existing software development practices to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Head Office colleagues to ensure alignment with group tools and practices, maintaining up-to-date methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position will be between $145,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

Proficient in data analysis concepts and technologies.

In-depth knowledge of DevOps best practices.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Scala.

Experience with container technologies, particularly OpenShift or other Kubernetes implementations.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Five+ years of professional experience.
