A Fargo company is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations . This role supports month-end and year-end close processes, assists with financial reporting, and ensures accuracy across all accounting functions.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Submit payroll to a third-party processing company
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support audits and financial reporting
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
