Base Pay : $27.72 – $39.60 / hour based on experience

5+ years : $33.00 / hr

10+ years : $36.30 / hr

15+ years : $39.60 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (conditions apply)

Job Description

We are hiring ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our high-performing FSED team. You will care for patients of all ages in an emergency setting, ensuring rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment. If you're a team-oriented nurse with strong clinical skills, this role offers autonomy, variety, and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Rapidly triage, assess, and provide emergency care to patients

Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and support staff for seamless transitions

Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously

Develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on discharge plans and follow-up care

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

Required :

Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact (or eligible to obtain before hire)

1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience

Associate Degree or RN Diploma

BLS certification (must be active before start)

ACLS & PALS (within 90 days of hire)

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (within 90 days of hire)

Preferred :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Experience in Free Standing Emergency Departments
