Executive Sales Leader $100M+ Revenue Responsibility | Furniture

Are you a strategic sales powerhouse ready to lead a high-performing team and drive $100M+ in revenue across North America? Our client, a global consumer goods company with a strong international footprint, is seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Leader to take the reins of their sales organization and accelerate growth across major retail accounts.

The successful candidate will report directly to the EVP and lead a team of 10+ independent sales reps across the U.S. and Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Sales Budget : Drive top-line revenue and margin performance (CM% and CM$) across key accounts.
  • Lead & Inspire : Manage daily operations of 10+ sales reps, ensuring alignment with targets and performance metrics.
  • Strategic Account Management : Deepen relationships with top 10 retail accounts through monthly sales and product flow meetings.
  • New Business Development : Partner with internal teams to identify, target, and onboard new customers.
  • Promotional Strategy : Develop and execute annual promotional plans for key accounts, ensuring ROI and brand visibility.
  • Global Collaboration : Travel internationally (~30%) to support global initiatives and supplier relationships.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Deliver monthly sales updates to leadership, ensuring team alignment and proactive action planning.
  • Pricing & Margins : Own pricing models, forecasting, and budgeting to optimize profitability.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in leading sales teams within retail-focused furniture.
  • Experience managing $100M+ in sales volume.
  • Strong understanding of margin management, forecasting, and promotional planning.
  • Ability to lead independent reps and drive performance through influence and strategy.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and stepping into a role previously held by a long-tenured leader.
  • Compensation & Interview Process

  • Base Salary : $175,000 $210,000, plus commission based on sales and margin performance.
  • Relocation support is negotiable for the right candidate.
  • Pay Details : $175,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year
