• Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Technician to join our growing team.
• In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-performance corrugated machinery at customer sites.
• This is a hands-on, travel-based position that requires strong electrical and PLC experience, along with a customer-focused mindset.
• Key Responsibilities Travel up to 100% to customer sites across North America.
• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on corrugated machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
• Support the commissioning and startup of new equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
• Collaborate with mechanical and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Document service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Qualifications & Skills 3–5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, automation, or field service.
• Strong understanding of PLC systems (Siemens preferred), VFDs, motors, and sensors.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Technical or trade school education in Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively; passport or eligibility to obtain one required.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
