Lil Sunshine Smiles Dentistry, a premier dental practice located in the Westchase area of Tampa, FL, is seeking a General Dentist who focuses on Pediatric Patients to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099).

Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional, child-focused care in a welcoming and modern environment. We utilize cutting-edge technology—including AI-driven patient engagement tools and Invisalign for children—to enhance the overall patient experience and optimize clinical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients, including preventive and restorative treatments

· Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding treatment plans and oral health education

· Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience

· Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation per practice and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements

· DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school

· Active Florida Dental License

· Demonstrated experience and comfort treating children

· Excellent clinical and communication skills

· Independent contractors must maintain active professional liability (malpractice) insurance
