Job descriptionPrepare and process project invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Coordinate with project managers and field staff to gather billing documentation and resolve discrepancies Support month-end project accounting close and reconciliation processes Maintain accurate records of subcontractor invoices and compliance documentation Assist in preparing progress billings and project cost reports for internal and client review Ensure timely communication between finance and operations teams Provide general accounting support as needed Compensation : $43,000 - $60,000 Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally within the construction or project-based industry Excellent communication and organizational skills
