About the Role

Were hiring a Senior SEO Lead to own and scale HeyGens organic growth strategy. Youll step into a high-leverage role leading our SEO team and be responsible for driving strategy execution infrastructure and velocity.

This is not an agency oversight role. Youll be deep in the data close to the content engine and building the systems processes and strategy that take us to the next level.

Weve already proven organic can be a growth engine now we need someone who can operationalize it.

What Youll Own

• Set the strategy and roadmap for HeyGens SEO program across technical SEO content velocity and new growth surfaces.
• Lead and grow our 3-person SEO team - ensuring clarity execution and output.
• Build and maintain scalable SEO infrastructure : templates automation internal linking content ops etc.
• Own our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy ensuring HeyGen stays ahead in a rapidly evolving search landscape.
• Partner cross-functionally with content web data and product teams to execute SEO initiatives end-to-end.
• Report on SEO performance with clarity and strategic depth.

Salary Range

$180000 $220000 annually
