Job descriptionanalyze and design fixture designs using CAD software and propose improvements. Fixture purachse : Work cross-functionally (production,asset department) to enhance fixture arrived before built start. New fixture / tools IQC(incoming quality control)：follow IQC inspection procedures to check the samples meet the specification requirement or not; Fixture / tools diagnose, repair : to ensure fixture performance and reduce maintenance costs. formulate and compile operation standard, and training technician. Associate degree or above Work Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Fixture / JIG maintenance, tooling design, or precision equipment repair (electronics / smartphone manufacturing preferred). Purpose of the position Responsible for maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot fixtures of SMT (Surface Mount Technology, consumer electronics industry) fixtures(tools to support PCB or pressing PCB, such as :
- SMT Holder / Carrier / JIG).
