Verifying Representative

A company is looking for a Verifying Representative to research patient and insurance records for accuracy before coding claims.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process patient care reports (PCRs) for assigned clients in a timely manner

Gather and verify insurance information, ensuring validity for the date of service

Confirm patient details such as name, date of birth, and address, and perform necessary research if information is missing

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of Medical Billing

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple monitors

Dependable and punctual with a strong focus on deadlines

Quick learner with good note-taking skills during training
