Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-compliance environments. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- \tLead and oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, from pre-construction planning through closeout.
- \tDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- \tEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- \tBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- \tCollaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
- \tProvide mentorship and guidance to project engineers, assistant project managers, and field staff.
- \tIdentify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain progress.
- \tPrepare and present project reports, cost analyses, and progress updates to leadership and clients.
Qualifications
\tBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\tMinimum 8–10 years of project management experience in electrical contracting or construction.\tProven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or other compliance-driven industries.\tStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.\tExceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.\tProficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).\tPMP certification or equivalent is a plus.What We Offer
