Personal Lines Account Manager
You're an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who delivers proactive client service across homeowners, auto, umbrella, renters, and condo policies. You manage renewals and endorsements, prepare accurate quotes, remarket when needed, and support billing and claims advocacy. You're a P&C-licensed insurance professional who knows personal insurance coverages, drives retention through cross-sell and up-sell, and works efficiently in modern agency systems (Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360) and carrier portals, always focused on fast, friendly policy servicing and exceptional client experience.
