Nurse Practitioner, Optum Care Network - Overland Park, KS

Optum is seeking an NP to join our team in the Overland Park area. Optum is a clinician-led care organization, that is creating a seamless health journey for patients across the care continuum.

Position Highlights :

• Improve the quality of health for Medicare Advantage members across the states of Kansas and Missouri by helping to monitor and manage the members alongside the primary care teams. Provide telemedicine to other states within the region as needed.
• Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Passion for providing high quality compassionate care
• Willingness to learn new approaches to care delivery
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
