Senior Crm & Lifecycle Marketing Strategist (Retention)

CULES SERN TUS CONTRIBUCIONES?

Como Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Strategist (Retention), tu misin principal ser maximizar el LTV y reducir el churn construyendo sistemas de lifecycle marketing multicanal que conviertan las primeras compras en relaciones recurrentes. Liderar la estrategia de Retencin de nuestros clientes, desde el diagnstico hasta la ejecucin y la mejora continua, alinendose con la estrategia de Growth y los objetivos de negocio.

Tus funciones sern las siguientes :

  • Definir la estrategia de Retencin por cliente, alineada con la estrategia de Growth y los objetivos (LTV / CAC, Retencin M+1 / M+3, Repeat Purchase Rate), identificando palancas por cohortes y RFM.
  • Disear y orquestar journeys end-to-end : onboarding, activacin, post-compra, cross / upsell, replenishment / recurrency, inactividad, winback, cancelacin y dunning (fallos de pago), priorizando el valor sobre las promociones.
  • Implementar y mantener la arquitectura de datos y tracking junto a Tech / Data (eventos, atributos, identidades), gobernanza de consent / preferences y calidad de datos.
  • Configurar y optimizar automatizaciones en los canales (email, push, in-app, SMS / WhatsApp, web push) con contenido dinmico y personalizacin (Liquid / Handlebars), asegurando consistencia de tono y UX.
  • Experimentar de forma continua : gestin del backlog de hiptesis, diseo de A / B / MVT y toma de decisiones basada en impacto.
  • Monitorizar performance y salud : anlisis de cohortes, RFM, LTV, churn, revenue atribuible a CRM; entregabilidad (SPF / DKIM / DMARC, reputacin, bounces / spam) y planes de warming / recuperacin cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaborar codo con codo con stakeholders clave para co-disear propuestas de valor, mejoras de UX y mensajes que aceleren el time-to-first-value sin depender de descuentos.
  • Segmentar y priorizar audiencias con RFM, propensin, lead / customer scoring y next-best-action; definir exclusiones, frecuencias y gobernanza de contacto.
  • Establecer dashboards y rituales de reporting con insights accionables; documentar playbooks y estndares para escalabilidad.
  • Activar bucles de feedback (NPS / CSAT, encuestas post-servicio) para detectar drivers de churn y oportunidades de cross / upsell.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de GDPR / ePrivacy y mejores prcticas de captura / gestin de consentimientos y preferencias.
  • Gestionar proveedores y stack : evaluacin, migracin e integracin de ESP / CDP e infra de envo.

  • Dominio experto de al menos una de estas herramientas : Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo y HubSpot.
  • Casos de uso reales en canales multicanal : email, push, in-app, SMS / WhatsApp y web push, con journeys complejos y reglas de contacto.
  • Diseo y optimizacin de journeys core : onboarding, activacin, post-compra, cross / upsell, replenishment, inactividad, winback, cancelacin y dunning (fallos de pago), con impacto cuantificado (Retencin M+1 / M+3, Repeat Purchase Rate, Reactivation Rate, revenue CRM).
  • Slida base analtica : cohortes, RFM, LTV y churn; SQL bsico / intermedio y Excel / Sheets avanzado; construccin de dashboards (Looker Studio / Metabase / Tableau) y lectura de GA4 / Amplitude / Mixpanel.
  • Experimentacin : diseo de tests A / B / MVT y toma de decisiones por impacto / ROI.
  • CDP y tracking : experiencia con Segment / mParticle / RudderStack; definicin de esquema de eventos / atributos, identidad y consent / preferences.
  • Reporting ejecutivo y presentaciones estratgicas : capacidad para sintetizar insights, proponer roadmap y defender decisiones ante C-level.
  • Crecer sin promociones : habilidad para activar recurrencia desde valor de producto / UX, bundles, contenido y timing, sin depender de descuentos.
  • Product thinking y visin sistmica : entiendes la retencin como resultado de producto + datos + mensajes + timing, no solo de campaas.
  • Comunicacin consultiva y storytelling con datos : traduces mtricas en decisiones claras para negocio y C-level.
  • Colaboracin cross-funcional : trabajas codo con codo con Growth, Producto, Creativo y Data; lideras sin autoridad formal.
  • Ownership y gestin de proyectos : planificas, documentas y entregas en paralelo en entornos multi-cliente
  • Gestin de expectativas y negociacin : alineas alcance, tiempos y riesgos con clientes y equipos, manteniendo foco en el objetivo.
  • Adaptabilidad y aprendizaje continuo : cambias de stack (Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, SFMC) y vertical con rapidez; curiosidad por mejorar.
