• This is a hybrid role based in Richmond, Virginia so were looking for someone local or within commuting distance whos excited to collaborate in person and virtually.

What Youll Do

Design and execute innovative, high-volume recruiting plans using job boards, social media, referrals, and creative community outreach. You know where the talent lives and how to get their attention.

From intake to offer letter, youll be the go-to expert for end-to-end recruiting across Operations departments, ensuring every touchpoint is efficient and human.

Work side-by-side with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, team dynamics, and goals offering strategic guidance every step of the way.

Every interaction matters. You'll deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging experience that reflects UZURVs mission and values.

Leverage our ATS (BambooHR) and recruitment analytics to track pipeline health, spot trends, and continuously optimize how we hire.

Contribute to initiatives that build UZURVs presence as an employer of choice in local and national talent markets.
