The Account Director - Complex Channel Sales will lead and close advanced solution opportunities through Lumen's Channel Partners, using consultative selling skills and a strong understanding of the advanced solutions on the Lumen Platform (network, security, and collaboration solutions) to consistently achieve quota attainment.
This is a relationship-driven role requiring exceptional interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and convince partners and customers to act. The ideal candidate is both strategic and decisive-effective at assessing data, acting quickly, and operating with organizational excellence to deliver results and growth across the partner ecosystem.

$93,776 - $125,024 in these states : CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$98,238 - $130,977 in these states : AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
