Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join the Home Well Care Services team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to assist patients with daily living activities. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care in various settings, including home community care environments. The caregivers will work closely with patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to medical protocols.

• Duties
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following hygiene protocols.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient care.
• Provide compassionate caregiving to enhance the patient experience during their treatment.
• Experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare and Hospice setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication within the team.
• Experience in home care or outpatient settings is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours : 10 - 30 per week

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience :

• Hospice : 1 year (Required)
• Caregiving : 1 year (Required)
• Home care : 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute :
