Senior Manufacturing Manager 3 - Hardware Owner

Connection and interface between Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer facing organizations focused on product / manufacturing readiness, execution and delivery. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control / influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into / execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

The Senior Manufacturing Manager 3 - Hardware Owner will provide leadership and oversight for assigned hardware, ensuring excellence in technical performance, cost management, delivery, and quality. This full-time role requires collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure product and manufacturing readiness. You will play a critical role in supporting program plans, defining requirements, and driving milestones for hardware procurement and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware leadership : Provide technical, cost, delivery, and quality leadership for assigned hardware.
  • Program planning : Support the definition of overall program plans and translate them into actionable requirements and milestones for hardware procurement.
  • Manufacturing representation : Serve as the manufacturing representative for PCB, tollgate, and technical reviews for assigned hardware.
  • Strategy and policy development : Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within your area of responsibility.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving : Use judgment and technical expertise to make decisions and solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, or customer engagements.
  • Collaboration and communication : Act as a resource for colleagues, lead small projects, and develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within your field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in relevant job family) + 2 years' experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40 hours

  • The base pay range for this position is $111,700-171,100.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 1st, 2025.
