The Senior Manufacturing Manager 3 - Hardware Owner will provide leadership and oversight for assigned hardware, ensuring excellence in technical performance, cost management, delivery, and quality. This full-time role requires collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure product and manufacturing readiness. You will play a critical role in supporting program plans, defining requirements, and driving milestones for hardware procurement and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware leadership : Provide technical, cost, delivery, and quality leadership for assigned hardware.
• Program planning : Support the definition of overall program plans and translate them into actionable requirements and milestones for hardware procurement.
• Manufacturing representation : Serve as the manufacturing representative for PCB, tollgate, and technical reviews for assigned hardware.
• Strategy and policy development : Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within your area of responsibility.
• Decision-making and problem-solving : Use judgment and technical expertise to make decisions and solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, or customer engagements.
• Collaboration and communication : Act as a resource for colleagues, lead small projects, and develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within your field.

The base pay range for this position is $111,700-171,100.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 1st, 2025.
