Kernersville Veterinary
Hospital : We
are a small animal hospital equipped with two exam rooms and two
surgical suites, plus a dedicated dental
station
Our services include general wellness
care, dentistry, diagnostic services, surgery, laser therapy,
travel certificates, and end-of-life care
We
offer in-house ultrasounds, digital radiographic diagnostics,
tonopen procedures, and an in-house laboratory to support fast and
accurate diagnosis and
treatment
Compensation : Up
to $140,000 base salary plus production
bonuses

The
Day to
Day : Provide
medical leadership and direction to the veterinary
team
Oversee the quality of care and medical
protocols across the hospital
Foster a
positive, supportive environment that promotes learning,
collaboration, and teamwork
Ensure exceptional
client service and education
Work closely with
hospital management to meet financial and operational
goals
Maintain a regular schedule of clinical
duties alongside leadership
responsibilities
Skills
and Basic
Qualifications : Doctor
of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an
accredited university
experience
Active North Carolina veterinary
license (or ability to obtain)
Commitment to
practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the
veterinary code of ethics
Strong interpersonal
and communication skills
A team-oriented leader
who motivates and mentors others
Passion for
client education and delivering excellent patient
care
