Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Training Manager to

join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our Director of Training and

collaborating closely with our restaurant managers to ensure our staff is

well-prepared and continually developing their skills. The ideal candidate is

passionate about training, has a strong background in the restaurant industry,

and excels at communicating and motivating others.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive

training programs for new and existing staff.

  • Collaborate with the Director of
  • Training to identify training needs and create effective training

    materials.

  • Conduct regular training sessions,
  • workshops, and on-the-job training to ensure staff are up-to-date with

    best practices.

  • Monitor and evaluate training
  • effectiveness and adjust as necessary.

  • Provide support and guidance to
  • restaurant managers in training and development efforts.

  • Maintain training records and track
  • staff progress.

  • Stay current with industry trends and
  • incorporate new training techniques as appropriate.

  • Foster a positive and engaging
  • learning environment.

    Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in restaurant
  • management or a similar training role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant
  • operations and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and
  • interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Organizational skills and attention to
  • detail.

  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a
  • fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and
  • professional development.

  • Microsoft Proficient : Excel,
  • PowerPoint, Outlook and Word

  • Experience using Toast POS.
