Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing leadership to the department. Oversees daily operations, manages and develops departmental staff, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care. Memorial Hermann The Woodlands is seeking an experienced RN to join their team as a Clinical Manager!

• Full Time / DAYS Shift
• Mon-Fri / 0700-1600
• Must have 5 or more years of RN Cath Lab experience
• Must have 3 or more years of RN supervisory experience
• Interview : Zoom / Peer Panel / Physicians / Staff

You will oversee a team of 45 employees. PreOp is a 11 bed unit and PACU is a 17 bed unit. Our unit performs procedures vary from Atherectomy, Stent Placements, EP studies / Ablations, Device implementation, Catherizations, etc.
