Customer Service And Sales Support Representative

Valley Energy is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Rep. to join our award-winning team in the Purcellville location.

This person will help ensure customer satisfaction by fielding calls, assisting the routing supervisor, and track customer account data to facilitate smooth coordination between office and field staff.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
• Analyze industry-specific data - Work with management to monitor customer data and report to the manager about customer needs.
• Maintain Working Knowledge of Products - Develop a working knowledge of Residential and Commercial Propane to provide customers with accurate, up-to-date knowledge.
