GENERAL DESCRIPTION
360 Advanced is searching for a dynamic, operations-focused Strategic Projects Manager (SPM). The SPM will work closely with senior leadership to identify, organize, and prioritize strategic initiatives critical to the organization, and then drive and manage those initiatives to successful completion. In this capacity, the SPM will be responsible for providing analytical support, consulting, and cross-functional implementation leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives.
As the SPM, you will gain hands-on experience scaling a growth-oriented, tech-enabled professional services company. This role provides a front-row seat to how a leadership team operates—how it identifies and selects key initiatives to support the long-term vision and strategic plan. The SPM owns and drives the execution of those initiatives, playing a critical role in bridging corporate strategy and turning key initiatives into measurable results. In addition, the SPM will partner with senior leadership to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) for our client-facing project management function, ensuring accountability and consistent application of our project management methodology.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Note : This is a “roll up your sleeves” organizational role. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a full range of responsibilities—from administrative tasks to leading change initiatives and developing team members across the organization.
- Cyclically, work with senior leadership to identify, organize, and prioritize strategic efforts that are critical to the organization.
- Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects to drive and manage those initiatives to success :
Work with and coordinate among affected functional leaders.
Implement, coordinate, and improve best practices for a professional services company across all functional areas.Manage and complete the successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and / or accelerate company profitability and efficiency.Determine, track, and report metrics that measure the successful implementation of various strategic projects and initiatives.Proactively identify issues that could impact the successful execution of the Company’s strategy, and work with senior leadership to resolve such issues :Identify and elevate issues that the senior leadership team should be aware of, and frame and position ideas to resolve problems or mitigate risks
Assist the CFO and COO with pre and post M&A activities to drive acquisition integration.Work with senior leadership to establish a PMO for client-facing project management :Understand and document key responsibilities related to the client-facing project manager role.
Identify key metrics and measurements to ensure consistent application of the project management function across project managers and delivery teams.Establish a measurement and communications strategy. These delivery focused project managers report directly to delivery. The SPM will provide feedback on the design of the program but will not be responsible for the daily or regular management of the team.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree is required.Minimum of 5-7 years’ management consulting or operations experience with multiple concurrent assignments; experience in the cybersecurity compliance space and mergers and acquisitions integration is preferred.Ability to navigate the organization and work with all levels of staff and management, create accountability, and drive projects forward to completion.Demonstrated competency with implementing business processes and activity-based metrics involving leading success / key performance indicators.Servant leader with a positive mental attitude that maintains calmness and clarity when handling difficult circumstances.Not afraid to make decisions; knowing how to balance usage of supporting data, their business acumen and consultation of other organizational leaders to arrive at a conclusion.Experience managing and leading teams, both directly and in matrixed environments.Solid project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget.Demonstrated business and financial acumen.Robust analytical and quantitative skills, as well as attention to detail.Resilient in the face of competing demands and conflicts.Demonstrated success in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proficient ability to drive change in a matrixed environment.Executive presence, relationship building, ability to influence without authority, comfort with ambiguity, and driving accountability across siloed functionsWell-developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to use hands / fingers for typing, writing, or handling materials.Ability to lift and move up to 15 poundsAbility to sit for prolonged periods of time.Ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach as necessary for job tasks.Role will be based in St Petersburg, FL and will have limited travel requirements.COMPANY DESCRIPTION
