ATHLETICS SUMMARY :
We believe the primary purpose of an interscholastic athletic program is to educate youth and assist in the development of their character. We feel that athletics play a major role in the total educational process. WORKING CONDITIONS
Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent districtwide and statewide travel; frequent prolonged and irregular hours; outdoor exposure to sun and heat. Considerable physical activity. May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Work involves exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures dirt dust fumes smoke unpleasant odors and / or loud noises. Involves minimal exposure to physical risks such as operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals. Afternoon evening and some weekend work is required.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Employment with Clover Park School District is conditional pending completion of a Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint background check as required by RCW28A.400.303. (NOTE : All associated background check fees are the employees responsibility.) The fingerprint scan must be completed prior to the first day of employment.

Employees who are anticipated to work 630 hours during the school year (September 1 through August 31) are eligible for medical dental vision long term disability and basic life insurance benefits.

Retirement and Deferred Compensation

Employees also have the ability to participate in tax deferred 403(b) and 457 Deferred Compensation Plans (DCP). These are supplemental retirement savings programs that allows you control over the amount of pre-tax salary dollars you defer as well as the flexibility to choose between multiple investment options.
