Job descriptionPrevious experience in industrial painting, auto body repair, or construction painting Proficiency in welding, machining, or mechanical knowledge is a plus Familiarity with different types of paints and application techniques Ability to use industrial paint equipment. Previous experience using High-Volume Low-Pressure paint guns. Knowledge of paint pressure pot systems and / or powder coating systems. Ability to read and understand paint Instructions / specifications to meet customer requirements. Ability to interpret blueprints. Maintain and clean paint equipment. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers Mix and match paint to desired colors and textures Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns Inspect painted surfaces for quality and touch up as needed Operate and maintain painting equipment Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Health Insurance (vision, dental & medical) Company-paid long term disability / life and AD&D Insurance Policies Yearly allowance for Safety Shoes / Prescription Safety Glasses Paid Holidays 401k Program Health Care FSA Employee Referral Bonus Program

- Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Painter who possess strong mechanical knowledge and have a background in industrial painting, construction painting, or auto painting. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments and various tools. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.
