Restaurant General Manager Requirements :
- Must have 5 years of recent experience as a Restaurant General Manager or General Manager in an upscale, fine-dining restaurant
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, with steady progression through a career
- Must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on
- A "can-do" attitude and bright personality is key!
