Overview

Sales Marketing Associate

Our Advertising & Promotions Marketing team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.

The Sales Marketing Associate will support the Sales Enablement team with the marketing resources and sales collateral they need to train and equip the field, while also creating collateral used more broadly across the sales organization. A core focus of this role is coordinating with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business teams to gather inputs, deliver finalized content to Sales Enablement, and manage the upkeep and organization of all materials so they remain accurate, accessible, and easy for sellers to use. Acting as both a creator and coordinator, this role ensures that sales teams have high-quality resources at their fingertips and that content management processes are consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update sales collateral and marketing resources, including presentations, one-pagers, playbooks, and FAQs, to support the field.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business to gather inputs and finalize materials for enablement use.
  • Manage the organization, accuracy, and accessibility of sales collateral, ensuring sellers have the right resources at the right time.
  • Track collateral usage, adoption, and feedback from the field; report on key metrics to inform updates, improvements, and content prioritization.
  • Support program management for enablement initiatives, including onboarding content, training resources, and campaign rollouts.
  • Maintain consistent processes for content updates, version control, and distribution across the sales organization.
  • Help manage incoming requests for collateral, balancing competing priorities and ensuring the highest-impact resources are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across stakeholders, supporting project plans and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, program management, or product marketing.
  • You are skilled at developing and refining sales collateral, with experience using tools such as Google Slides, Canva, Figma, or Adobe InDesign.
  • You bring strong organizational skills and can manage the upkeep, version control, and accessibility of large volumes of content.
  • You collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and Business teams to gather inputs and deliver high-quality resources.
  • You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You are proactive and data-driven using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to uncover feedback and usage insights to improve collateral and content processes.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to align stakeholders and clearly present updates, requirements, and deliverables.
  • You are comfortable using enablement or content management systems and are eager to learn new tools that improve efficiency.
  • Compensation
