Job description

Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH (formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with a fast-growing company in Dallas, TX! They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with invoice processing, expenses and reconciliations. This is a contract opportunity that offers hybrid flexibility. This role is paying between $24-28 / hour. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria!

Primary Functions :

  • Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
  • Analyze expense reports and record entries
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Process utility invoices
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor discount opportunities
  • Month-end close

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Experience with Medius or Workday, highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
