Overview :

Our Financial Client is seeking a Senior Power Apps Developer to join our growing technology team. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Apps as our go-forward platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in traditional application development, a solid understanding of modern software practices, and the ability to guide architectural decisions that support scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps and related technologies.

Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate new capabilities and technical approaches.

Integrate Power Apps solutions with external data sources , ensuring reliable connectivity and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide architecture guidance and contribute to platform standards and best practices.

Utilize source code management tools to maintain clean, version-controlled environments.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Serve as a technical mentor and advisor within the development team.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in traditional application development.

Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

Experience with scripting and front-end technologies , such as Java or similar languages.

Demonstrated experience connecting Power Apps to external data sources and APIs.

Strong understanding of Dataverse and SQL , including key differences and integration approaches.

Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and software development best practices.

Proven ability to guide architecture decisions and contribute to technical strategy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or other Microsoft Power Platform components.

Exposure to Azure services and integrations.

Background in enterprise-level application development and solution delivery

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
