Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift : Full-time, 3rd shift, with every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive pay range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour

Your Role : As a Registered Nurse in our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, you will :
Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.Utilize critical thinking and communication skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Support a positive patient experience throughout their care journey.Primary Responsibilities :
Assess patient needs, implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with patients and families.Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly and effectively.Enhance patient safety and manage discharge planning through an interdisciplinary approach.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and share feedback for better processes and outcomes.Develop positive relationships with patients and families, providing education and support.Qualifications :
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Skills Required :
Holistic approach to patient care with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and make critical decisions independently.Proficiency in electronic medical records and strong problem-solving abilities.Physical capability to handle necessary tasks, including lifting and transferring patients safely.Join Us!
