We're seeking an outgoing, analytical and innovative Job Cost Accountant to join the accounting department of our rapidly growing company in Houston! Duties / Responsibilities :

• Create and evaluate cost analysis reports to ensure costs are appropriately applied against jobs.
• Review invoices and estimates to ensure compliance with project budgets.
• Ensure accurate and timely coding of job costs and other expenses.
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor documentation, including initial contracts, obtaining COIs, and performing cycle checks to ensure compliance.
• Perform monthly credit card reconciliations and ensure accurate coding.
• Process invoices from vendors and subcontractors and submit to project managers for approval.
