Finance position available at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin, Texas. Full-time schedule Monday-Friday. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing financial planning, supporting data-driven decision making, monitoring financial performance, providing guidance on expense management, collaborating with the finance team, and conducting hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma equivalency with three years of cumulative experience, an associate's or bachelor's degree with two years of cumulative experience, or seven years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience. Three years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
