We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused parts associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide phone support for spare parts, accurately identify and verify parts, and manage quotes and order processing to ensure timely fulfillment. This role also involves help with maintaining the Customer Service Portal, Safety Bulletins, and customer records to support efficient operations and outstanding customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional phone support to customers regarding spare parts inquiries and administrative questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify and verify spare parts accurately to support efficient order processing and inventory control.
• Prepare and issue quotes, process customer orders, and manage order documentation to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Assist in maintaining the Customer Service Portal, Safety Bulletins, and customer records to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
