Key Responsibilities

As RN Manager, you will oversee daily departmental functions, supervise clinical staff, and drive performance outcomes. Key duties include :

Provide expert clinical oversight and ensure evidence-based nursing practice.

Manage unit operations, including staffing schedules, patient flow, and daily rounds.

Enhance patient experience by promoting a culture of quality, safety, and compassion.

Lead hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed.

Develop and maintain competency-based training for nursing staff.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve care coordination.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and nursing protocols.

Assist with budgeting, supply management, and resource allocation.

Monitor patient outcomes and lead continuous quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact RN license) Required

13 years of recent acute care experience Required

Supervisory or leadership experience Preferred

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Specialized experience in Cardiac Care Required
