Job Description

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

• Sign-On Bonus : $20,000

• Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in state and $7,500 out of state. Licensure/DEA reimbursement along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
• Additional Information: Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County.
