Job description

Acqua Bistecca is a restaurant where wood-fired steaks and pristine local seafood take center stage, all through the lens of refined Italian influence.

The menu reflects a balance of land and sea—’ACQUA’ and ‘BISTECCA’—celebrating the bounty of the Gulf and the warmth of the grill.

From stone crab claws with house-made mustard to delicately charred steak brushed in red Lambrusco butter, each dish is rooted in tradition yet reimagined with elevated, modern touches.

  • A motivated beverage professional who is organized, passionate, and professional.
  • You will be a leading part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling your guests.
  • You have amazing attention to detail and expansive knowledge of wine.
  • You work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have experience in inventory management and beverage costing.
  • You have a strong desire to learn and take a leading role in staff education and development.

What you bring to the table :

  • 3-4 years’ leadership experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 5 years dining room experience Experience designing a wine program and managing $100K+ in inventory Exceptional communication skills Expansive food and wine knowledge with a CMS Level 2 certification or another service-based certification Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and strong financial acumen Intellectual curiosity and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment Knowledge of state and local regulations around serving and selling alcohol Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time At least 21 years of age Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time Acqua Bistecca and Mina group are equal opportunity employers committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
