About the RBT Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT / ABA Therapist) , you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make an impact while growing your career in a supportive environment.

Many of our clients are Spanish-speaking , so we are especially seeking bilingual RBTs who can support families in their preferred language.

RBT Job Description :

• Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
• Record accurate client data
• Manage challenging behaviors when needed
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families
