Provides HR support to business unit or corporate functional area which may include recruiting selection and staffing employment and personnel documentation job evaluation compensation and benefits. Acts as a liaison between departments / Companies all levels of line and staff management compensation and benefits department legal counsel and outside service providers. Role typically requires between 2 and 5 years of experience.

• Oversee and collaborate with local team regarding Employee Relations initiatives.
• Manage payroll functions for all employees.
• Recruitment of employees interviewing and new hire onboarding.
• Assist employees with new hire and annual Benefits Enrollment.
• Work with third party agencies regarding FMLA Workers Compensation and Employment.
• Manage and track HR KPIs such as turnover employee engagement training etc.
• Develop and maintain Job Descriptions for all positions.
• Manage and follow up on all employee questions and concerns.
• Maintain all employment records in MPower.
• Maintain and organize employee bulletin boards ensuring all state and federal required postings are current.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures and ensure adherence to these policies and procedures.
• Implementation and management of employee recognition programs.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
