The Supply Chain Engineer plays a critical role in the supply chain organization by logically solving complex and dynamic problems, understanding interdependencies, owning the procurement process, driving purchasing excellence, working within ambiguity, and ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials and ingredients to meet customer commitments. This individual implements tools and management systems, and leads strategic planning, vendor management, and inventory optimization in alignment with operational, financial, and customer satisfaction goals. The individual is expected to lead proactively, solve problems decisively, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
This role reports to the CFO and collaborates closely with Executive Leadership, Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Success is measured by the ability to deliver materials On Time and In Full, prevent inventory disruptions, and support the company's growth through reliable sourcing, improved vendor performance, and cost management.
This role is well suited to recent engineering graduates, or experienced supply chain leaders who are looking to grow into senior level positions.
