Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Transactions Paralegal to support our legal team in managing and executing a wide range of commercial agreements and transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and revise various commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and purchase / sale contracts.
- Assist with contract lifecycle management, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance obligations.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to commercial law and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure contract terms align with business needs.
- Support due diligence efforts in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents in the companys database.
- Prepare summaries and reports for attorneys and business stakeholders.
- Assist with corporate governance tasks such as entity formation, filings, and resolutions as needed.
