Job descriptionPreferred : someone who lives in TX. 5+ years of pro-fee anesthesia billing experience with Texas Medicaid / BCBS. Surgical / anesthesia coding to know how to appeal. Know what the appeal needs to say to get it paid and have that level of complex claims management experience. Demonstrated expertise in a hands on RCM Specialist role. Hands on experience in claims and denials, and likes being in the weeds. Analytical skills to find the problems and solve them. Someone who is willing to look past the issues and just fix them. IT applications experience is a plus.
